SHIPPING POLICY:

We try our best to ship As Soon As Possible! Our store policy is to ship within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of the order.  You will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number when your order has been shipped! Expect shipping carrier delays due to Covid-19 impact

UPS ground on all snowboards, bindings, boots

We turn binding & boot product boxes inside out to save on shipping cost

 

RETURN POLICY:

(DISCOUNTED OR SALE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN & ARE FINAL SALE)- Sorry No exceptions

14 day return from time of purchase on full price items

We do not refund shipping cost

Customer pays return shipping on all returns

All tags must be attached & all packaging original 

 

Have a return?

1). Email your order# to returns@shopalwaysboard.com

2). Rob will email you a Postal slip or UPS shipping label

3). Pack up your return in the box.  Make sure product has not been used and has all original tags attached.  Ship package.

4). Once we receive package, we will refund your money.
